This is only for websites designed on the TemplateWebsites.co platform. We do not offer this service for any other platform.
What do I need to have ready?
You need to have your website content ready to go. You'll need to have: logo, colors, fonts, images and words ready. Don't have any of these? That's ok. We've included resources for you to get all of this quickly and easily. We make sure you have all the tools and resources so you don't get stuck!
What happens after I pay?
As soon as you make your payment, you get access to the client onboarding area. An email will be sent with access information. Simply log in and follow the instructions. We have step-by-step instructions on getting all your content together which includes resources. Once you have it all ready, simply fill out and submit our website design form so we can begin work on your website. It really is that easy.
How long does it take?
As soon as you have finished gathering all your content and submitted your website design form, we will add you to the queue to get started on your website. The turn around time depends on a few factors such as page count and content, but expect to have your first draft ready for review within 7-10 days. Sometimes sooner.
What if I need to purchase more pages?
No problem! Just reach out and we will send you the pricing for adding more pages to your website if you don't want to design these yourself.
How long do I have to submit my work order after purchase?
From the moment you pay, you have 90 days to submit your work order form. If you need an extension, please reach out to the support team and we can grant an additional 30 days. We have found this is plenty of time to get your content together.
